The team of facilitators, under the strong leadership of Dr. Pratiksha Parikh (Principal), provides dynamic pedagogical direction by delivering experiential learning to students. Each department is guided to lead, manage, and maintain the highest standards of excellence across all activities. Both academic and non-academic teams work collaboratively to embody the institution’s vision while empowering individuals to achieve departmental goals.

The academic team ensures a structured approach in teaching, decision-making, and communication with staff and students. Their focus remains on strengthening conceptual clarity, enhancing primary teaching methods, and continuously developing new academic programs. Meanwhile, the non-academic team shares equal responsibility by upholding quality, integrity, and ethics, while exploring innovative opportunities to deliver knowledge using modern technological tools.
